Why don't we have some random, NPC vehicles driving around? It would make it much harder to small world things like, Oh I saw this rat buggy driving around so it must be my enemy because they are the only one that drives those routes. Plus it would just be cool for ambience. It would help make the Mix and other places seem busier and more crowded.
