I propose people longer than an hour idle either automatically get sent @ooc or auto-disconnect. I don't understand why 24 hours is the idle cutoff, as all you need to do is log in and idle as much as you want to get all your UE and maintain permawatch over SIC and your security systems while also wasting the time of anyone who sees you "online" on the SIC and tries to contact you.
