So there was an issue with people using skillsofts then dumping UE into the skill giving them crazy insane skill levels. You cannot do this anymore. You will have to unslot all your softs in order to raise a skill.
Anyone who has been doing this unintentionally or not needs to unslot their softs and reslot them. I don't want to have to write code to do this manually, so I am leaving it up to you guys for now. But I will check.
