Broken Printed Items

There was a bug where-in if you printed a bunch of items off an e-print at once, they were all tied back to the same object on disk, for the purposes of storing the data only once. However, when one copy of that item was ICly trashed/recycled, it would recycle the item on disk leaving the others orphans.

This has been resolved and while it wont fix old broken printed stuff, anything printed this week should be OK.
