PAYMENTS TERMINALS

These should be all set and dishing out money again.

SQL UPDATED

There was an issue with the connection pooler for SQL which was causing notes and e-notes to break. Mirage provided an update for this and it has been incorporated after some time to percolate on our dev server. It should hopefully resolve the issue without introducing any additional instability. Please report any issues.

Shitbergs

Changed up the Shitberg messages a little, adding some randomization to them.

GOJIRA / @BUG

@bug should be working again. Gojira is alive and well, with a non-full disk.

SIC CREDIT LIMIT

You are now limited to ~3000c credit to SIC. Meaning if you chute something, you won't get credit for it if you are over -3000 sic credit.

Let's see, that means there's no way to get more than... 6000 / 250... Twenty-four SIC encryption keys!

In the old days that would have been a problem for some people ;)

SIC TAGS FOR NPCS

NPCs and auto generated SIC aliases will now have an empty SIC tag sometimes.

MAX RANDOM ALIASES

I've increased the maximum number of 'random' aliases the SIC will allow. These are non player aliases added for ambiance and to prevent small worlding.

AUTO CYCLING OF RANDOM ALIASES

Instead of random aliases being purely generated when GMs use certain admin commands, there is now an automatic random alias generator that runs regularly to generate new random aliases so it's not always the same ones.

SIC RANDOMS UPDATES

I've updated our databases of random people/places/things w/ help from FixIt.

RCU USER BUG FIXED

Fixed a bug where the user in the RCU would remain on the same person even if they were not in the same room.

RANDOM SIC ALIASES

These will now also include the same kind of aliases new immies get when they first get a SIC.

VEHICLE TRANSFER TERMINAL

This terminal was broken in some cases for transfers due to a typo, it's been fixed.

CANT GRAPPLE CREATURES UNLESS KO'D

This is not a bug, working as intended. We have creatures of many sizes, and it doesn't make sense in most cases to grapple them.

TB ON ENTERING COFFINS

This could happen occasionally due to a task running out of ticks. Fixed now.

CLOSET DOOR AT PRI BROKEN

Wasn't set up with the proper twin, it's fixed now.

EJECTING KO'D PEOPLE FROM VANS

This will no longer rely on a strength versus strength check if the person (PC or NPC) is KO'd.

FREQQY TUNING

These can now be tuned. When these were refactored there was a prop that was different on the broadcast rig versus the freqqy and it was never brought in line. I've added getter/setter verbs to support the different prop names.

FREQQY TUNE MESSAGE

Fixed a typo in these messages.

NON RECYCLING CHUTES

Chutes, like appear at the WJF, and at some firing ranges where you can drop things, were not working, because of the code for recycling chutes being intermingled with them. I've fixed the issue.

PHOTO PINNING

There was a bug where photos that were pinned to the wall and then unpinned would sometimes still show as pinned and not be pick-up-able, due to clearing the prop to the parents value, which was invalid due to photo parentage.

CONTRABAND AT THE GATES

There was a bug where if you had an item that spawned other items (like an order carton) and that carton didn't had the item it spawned set up properly, it would traceback and you wouldn't be able to leave even if you were authorized. This is fixed.

EXPOSE

This will now show the longer form of a tattoo instead of the shorter form.

CHEFS ISLANDS

While reported with the workbench in the back of Tony’s Pizza, this is just a renamed chef’s island. In situations where you had or the room had something matching ‘X’ in your/room’s contents and you attempted to ‘craft X using chefs’, it would cause the skill checking code to take a path meant for component-based crafting, which has nothing to do with food recipe crafting on chef’s islands. This would result in a traceback and much sadness in the kitchen.

This should no longer occur.

MACGUFFIN NOTES

These were temporarily being added as player notes due to a bug. That is fixed and they will not be visible in player notes anymore.

INDUSTRIAL FREIGHT EVAL

There was an improper check when evaluating these that if they returend 'there is nothing to evaluate' you'd be stuck in a doing something state. This is fixed.

GRIDMAIL SENT TO SELF

If you send gridmail to yourself it can be a bit wonky. We aren't planning to fix this right now.

JOB BOARDS

These will now report the correct salary when you view the details. Previously they were reporting the rate at the 'mid' tier typically, which was off from what was reported when just looking at the board.

ADMIN COMMUNICATION

Added the follow after a vote from the staff to fully codify our admin communication policy in the @rules.

7.L Admin Communication

Staff members are allowed to post on clarifications, updates and engage in

discussion within the game & BGBB but are not to make public statements

regarding the game, staff business, or the results or outcomes of bans &

suspension votes without first getting a Senior's sign off. This applies

everywhere.

ELEVATORS & COORDINATES

Elevators and lobbies without coordinates were bugged due to the way elevators change their exits as they move between floors. I've fixed this.

SHOPKEEPERS HANDING BACK WRONG ITEMS

This wasn't happening often but I've updated the code to better identify the item to be handed back.

TMC VOTING

Sometimes voting times out. This is an issue with the TMC website, not an issue with ours.

LOAN REPAYMENT

A lender cashing out a loan was causing 1 week to be added to the 'next due date' for the loan for the lendee, due to a copypasta issue when I wrote the verb. This has been resolved. Rest assured a loan will never be marked as paid until you get your full amount. Anyone who was affected by this will just have an extra week to pay their loan. Apologies!

TATTOO UPGRADE MESSAGE

This will no longer show up for disguised people, as it could be used to meta.

TAXI DESTINATIONS

There was a Destination for Kashflow Kasino (which back in the day was on Gold) still in the taxi delivery destinations. I've renamed it to the current IC location at that place.

NLM VIDEO EDITING

I've made some updates based on player feedback to how timestamps are set/used/updated in player editing of recorded content. This should make it easier to work with the timestamps and offer added control over program length.
SEVER UPDATE

Kronos fixed a bug where the code was only checking if someone was missing a lhand or larm. Added a check for both eyes so that it's not allowed.
WHO

The SIC WHO list is now periodically generated instead of calculated on demand. This means you won't get different results when you type the 'who' command multiple times between the moments when its generated. You'll have to wait until its generated again before it will give you different results.

This will now show people on bikes, wheelchairs, etc.
LOOK AT

Fixed a bug where you could 'look at' without an indirect object and get a TB.
VEHICLE OWNERSHIP CHANGE NOTES

These notes were getting auto generated as player notes instead of admin notes. I've fixed it. If anyone see's other notes in their @notes that should be admin facing, @bug it.
