We've added a crime reporting and tracking database for TERRA, which can now document incidents and build criminal records that persist over time through the use of new tools available to them.
This creates new opportunities for investigation RP and adds accountability for criminal activity.
Thank.

We want a game world where multiple levels of fixers can realistically exist. To get there, we’re making some changes to a few game systems, along with how we develop and support fixer play overall.
The end goal is for fixers to be able to make more money than they are right now without increasing prices for the final buyer, and to support multiple layers of fixers between the original seller and the end customer.
To do that, we needed a few things to be true:
Syndicate-level fixers need bigger margins (meaning they pay less for gear).
Syndicate fixers should be working through other fixers (aka facemen), instead of doing all sales themselves.
Facemen need better margins too, so they can sell at roughly the same prices as now while actually making money.
As part of this, we’re changing how syndicate-level fixers operate. The general push is for them to not be frontline fixers, but instead to work through one to three facemen for sales. I’m not going into details here since most of that is IC. If you’re a fixer or otherwise interested, you can ask around and learn more in-character.
Mechanically, we’re also:
Significantly increasing the discount syndicate fixers get on goods
Setting a minimum percentage markup when syndicate fixers sell to non-syndicate fixers, which should result in much better margins for those downstream fixers
Restricting who syndicate fixers can sell to
That last restriction is IC and can be ignored at the player’s peril, but the intent is pretty clear: syndicate fixers should be building relationships with a small number of non-syndicate fixers and funneling sales through them, rather than acting as the public face themselves.
This opens up space for a true middleman fixer who doesn’t need to be a syndicate member, but can still get better pricing than before thanks to the increased discounts and enforced margins.
For end buyers, the impact should be minimal. Prices shouldn’t spike. If anything, players with a good non-syndicate fixer relationship may see better deals on new items than they’d get from a store.
SECONDARY / USED MARKET CHANGES
On top of all this, we also need more reasons for people to go to fixers in the first place. That means making some changes to the secondary (used) market.
For certain items (weapons, armor, and a few others), we’re reducing how many of these items actually make it onto the market. It won’t drop to zero, items can still show up, but when someone sells these items to the market, there will now be a percentage chance that the item is simply recycled instead of being listed.
The result is that end buyers will more often need to go through fixers to source items, or buy them new from stores. Stores will still be the best option if you need something right now. But if you can plan ahead, wait a bit, or are looking for specialty or rare gear, a fixer will be your best bet.
For you Fixers or aspiring fixers out there, consider starting to seek out opportunities to connect with (or become) syndicate fixers, and you should see your ability to make chyen improve along with your opportunities for RP.
This option will print colors instead of colorizing the text. It is a bit spammy and interrupts the flow of reading / listening, but it could be useful to those using screen readers who want to get a better idea of the flavor of an area, or description or clothing, by seeing the printed color names.
Activate with: @access PRINT_COLORS is enabled / @access PRINT_COLORS is disabled.

When you close a door after opening a door then close the door and open the door and close it again then open it to close it, it won't auto close after you open it.
tl;dr Doors won't close on you after you open it, after already closing it.
Fixes this: When using the retina scanning doors, if you close it manually before it shuts automatically, it doesn't stop the timer for shutting automatically. That makes it so if you open the door again, it'll shut on it's own prematurely."
If a player blockades with a vehicle and then someone runs that blockade, we will now make some additional checks. If at the time the blockade is run, there is no one in control of a blockading vehicle, there will be a stiff penalty to the blockading vehicle. If there is a DIFFERENT person in charge of the vehicle than the person who started the blockade, there will be a smaller penalty (they didn't position the car, etc).
