This place now has a working garage, it is not secured but you don't have to park on the street.

* Traceback when looking at Mechatronics Debugging Kit.
* Items spawning on Neon Sun shelves
* Armory receiving crates again.
* can scan ICU (more?) cameras to televisions, creating network IDs/tables on television.
* Traceback on peering out of vehicle Persephone.

And then our bug tracker crashed, so I guess I'm done fixing bugs for now.
It was possible to delete cargo by accident by transferring to a full vehicle, it was would just traceback.. It now appropriately handles that.
FREIGHT MOVE CODE RECODED
All the freight move code has been tightened and reprogrammed to be much cleaner. It should more reliably work without tracebacks now.
We've fixed the price of Solvent Cans in that one place that had them being free and removed duplicate cans from most locations that had more than 1. If we took some cans from you, we secretly filled up the remaining can with the contents of the other cans, so they should last a nice long time as a result.
We did this to rebalance the availability of solvent cans in the economy.
Only a handful of locations were spared due to theme. They should be logical, but we won't tell you where they were.
There is now a terminal at the bank that lets players loan money to each other in a structured fashion.
WHAT PROBLEM DOES THIS SOLVE?
If you've played the game for any amount of time you've probably loaned money to someone who has then either permed 4 hours later, or just stopped signing in. That sucks, and it makes players OOCly risk adverse with regards to loaning new players or even established players on new characters, money. Especially if that person plays it fast and loose, plays to lose, or is generally creating havok that might get them killed/cryoed.
It's really tough to want to support new players with some flash, but also not wanting to lose the entirety of what you loan out with no recourse when that player stops signing in or decides to re-roll.
This system solves for that.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The lending terminal lets one character create a loan offer to another character. This uses the SIC ID of the other character.
They set the amount they are lending, the amount they expect to be paid back, and how long the loan is for.
They then deposit the amount of the loan + a 10% fee for loan insurance into the terminal. This fee is non-refundable.
The character who the loan was offered to can then use the terminal to accept the offer, get the money, and get the amount they will need to pay on a WEEKLY basis to pay the loan back.
If the character doesn't accept the loan offer, the lending character can cancel it and get their money back minus the 10% fee.
Then, weekly, the loanee will pay the loan back at the terminal, with the ability to pay off future weeks in advance should they so desire.
If the loanee misses a payment the loan is considered in default, and the lender has the right of execution. IE: the lender can legally kill, or hire someone to kill, the loanee, so long as the loan remains in default. Though the lender needs to alert the WJF they are doing this.
Information about loans that are in a default state are made available to Judges via their tac-comp, so they can easily verify this.
The moment the loan is no longer in default (IE: the loanee has caught up on payments) then the right to execution goes away.
This is how the cyberpunk future assures you pay off your debts.
WHAT DOES THE INSURANCE DO?
Now, let's say the person you loaned money to is permed, either by you or someone else, or they quit, or reap, or get cryo'd and you have no way to get your money back even though you REALLY TRIED, then you can request the bank reimburse you.
HOW MUCH ARE YOU REIMBURSED?
You are reimbursed based on the initial amount you LOANED not on what you expected the person to pay back.
So for example, if you loaned someone 1000c, paid 100c for insurance for a total of 1100c, and expected to be paid back 2000c, payable over 4 weeks @ 500c a week.
The loanee paid back 500c of this and then permed.
You would be able to request a reimbursement via the term (which is then reviewed and approved or denied by the GMs based on circumstance) for 500c.
Why only 500c and not the 1500c owed? Because you are paying for insurance on the original loan amount so that you don't lose your funds. This is not a way to make money. IE: You cannot loan someone 1000c, ask to be paid back 50k, then perm that person and request 49k reimbursement.
This is a way for players to loan other players money without fear of completely losing their INITIAL INVESTMENT.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?
The loanee will make payments TO THE TERMINAL. And then the lender can cashout those payments in a similar fashion as to cashing out their job payments.
Thus, someone who is lending money out to a large amount of people can actually make a pretty decent income on the payments back to them, especially if they negotiate good terms.
They could even make a second loan to the same person so that person could make the payments on the first loan without defaulting...
This is all very terrible, and also realistic.
COMPLETING LOANS
When a loan is fulled paid back it is marked as completed and no longer shows for either the lender or the loanee.
THIS IS BETA
This is a beta feature. It leaves notes automatically on the loan amounts and such, but it's possible there will be some bugs so if you see something say something.
HOW AND WHEN TO GET A REIMBURSEMENT
You can't just request a reimbursement because someone decided not to pay. The bank (IE: gms) are going to know if you tried to get your money back. If someone is still actively playing their character and just refusing to pay, that is an RP situation and you'll have to deal with it ICly by going after that person! Legally! The bank is only going to pay you out if that person is permed, cryo'd or hasn't logged in for several months and we don't expect them to return any time soon.
WHAT DO I DO NOW?
Loan people money or borrow some money, knowing that if the person disappears you'll have some matter of recourse!

In my continued crusade against vehicles, I've introduced wear and tear damage, not just messages.
Every time a vehicle drives or flies to a new room, it checks the quality of its parts to see if one part will randomly take some damage.
The more damaged your vehicle, the more likely a part will take some damage. Parts that are pristine and having no damage at all are completely exempt and will never be damaged.
We've slowed the rate you fall somewhat using our new sub-second suspending capabilities. Now instead of falling as fast as the CPU will let you, it maxes out at one room every tenth of a second. You'll also fall slower at the beginning of your fall too. This should make it somewhat easier to recover from flying stalls, engine shutoffs and deploying paraglider wings.
