So I noticed that low-band radios suck. They're pretty pricey for such low return.
Mid band radios are slightly more useful, have more reach and can be encrypted. But are so expensive that they're not worth buying unless you plan to center your entire RP around it.

I suggest we first, increase the Cyber-radio band to Mid, increase the price of it -slightly-
Reduce the price of the Mid-band radios to a more reasonable price, bump up the price of encryption cards a little to make up for it.
This might bring more people into using radios as comms methods. They should never be as cheap as phones or sic, but they should still be usable without paying the equivalent of a second hand motorbike.
