Right now radio items are pretty underutilized. I think they could be vastly improved by allowing them to be worn on your ears/head like security teams do. This would vastly improve the item and make them more viable since you would be able to communicate with your team and keep your hands free for combat/climbing/etc.

I've never gotten my hands on them but it would be cool if you could use a command like * (similar to - for a phone) so you could talk on them without doing a long command.

Seems like a cool idea!
