Seasonal Recipe automation

I was thinking that it might be a nice QoL addition to have a feature at the bars to use a menu system to submit seasonal drink requests. It could store all the required information provided from the drink template and then maybe automate creating and adding the drink to the menu after it's approved by someone.

I was hoping this type of idea might reduce the workload on the staff members because I think the builders have been very busy lately and not around much and I've felt guilty about how busy the other staff must be with more important RP matters and coding new features and then having to spend time on my seasonal drink ideas.

Not much to this idea but I think it might help people out a little bit.

I've added this. Bars have a command that the owner or someone on the roster can use '@submit-drink [bar]'.

Is it possible to split this up into two commands?

There are bars with non-alcoholic and alcoholic options

Perhaps @submit-drink could be @submit-drink and @submit-alcohol

So if you intend to make something non alcoholic it doesn't come out alcoholic?
