Notify player of Progia rings on login

I propose players are notified in the fashion of "Your Progia-69 rang 4 times while you slept." upon login. Doesn't render any advanced progia features obsolete and lets you be a little more aware of people's attempts to contact you if your playtimes end up sparse.
