What if it said,
How much would you like to raise the X skill? [1-20]
In example
How much would you like to raise the Martial Arts skill? [1-20]
How much would you like to raise the Electrotech skill? [1-20]
It's a trivial change that would improve user experience on the UE assignment screen, immensely in my opinion.
