Let us delete refused expense reports

Pleaseeeee. Having them in the list forever is really… Annoying in many ways. I read it, corrected, let me remove it, or resubmit instead of making new one.

Why do we need shame on a screen that only you will, realistically (very minor exception), see? And more so in a way that makes it problematic to navigate as it grows?

I am fairly sure these are deleted after 6 or 12 months automatically. Willing to be told I'm wrong about that.

I don't know if I want to delete them earlier than that as that information can be useful for admin and auditing purposes, but I'm not against hiding any that age out of a range.

What should that be? 1 month? 3?

Hiding them after a month would be plenty, it just gets distracting fast. Keep the approved ones just fine as it helps people keep track of what they claimed for IC reasons etc, but refusals after addressing just have no use, player wise.
