It seems like when one makes a Grid Feed post from Grid 3 it creates a (confusing) notification for all users, but when posting from Grid 4 there is no notification.
Could we maybe make it so that -all- feed posts create a notification? Something like `New feed post by {user}`?
(Pagination would also be good for topics and the feed, but I think that's been suggested elsewhere.)
