Donation Progress Bar

I think that it would help with the security of the MOO's resource if there was a progress bar for each month, 6-month period, or year that shows the infrastructure costs and other resources the donations are going to. I think that it would be worth the time taken to code up such an automatic system so that players will know if the MOO need any help or not.

To clarify, we do not accept donations. You contribute in the form of memberships. The reason I'm clarifying this is that for tax purposes, memberships are the way we roll.

It's not a bad idea, though we do tend to do updates twice a year at Town Halls. Next one is next month!
