This is, almost by necessity, something not many people are going to understand or have an opinion on.
I'd like it if television production controls allowed you to unapprove a previously approved program, sending it back to a state where it can be edited and then re-approved. Sometimes programs have issues that even with a lot of scrutiny slip past. It would also allow us to modify older content (as part of a plot, for example, or for whatever other GM approved reasons) and then re-approve it.
