The SatNav receiver gives elevation readings in 10 micrometer increments. For comparison, two human blood cells are about 10 micrometers across. That is kind of ridiculously precise.
The NavComps on aeros are centimeter precise, surely the satnav could be in the same ballpark? Especially when the resolution of the lat and long on both is ~30 meters.
