It's essentially an oral biography, told with snippets of hearsay from various sources that make up a given chapter. Truly, awesome.
Rooted in the celebrity of Rant Casey, a man who single-handedly infected a gross of people with rabis. The story takes place "in the future", but doesn't have the necessary undertones of CP book…just subtle mentions curfews and ICU lockdowns. It does mention "boosting" though, which is essentially stim simming.
Definetly check it out. :)
