But it is a MONSTEROUS look into the future of bio-tech. It won't be as magical as some portray it, but it will be unlike anything we've invisioned so far.
Basically up until now I see all cyberware as portrayed as being a black box: It just does it's job. How it does it is left as an excercise to the readers/users immigination.
But this clearly demonstrates how the building blocks were making today will become the structures and framework for cyberware tommorow. Like many other things, it will be evolutionary. This is just a milestone in a long line of milestones.
