Hello. I'm using Firefox (Android mobile) to use this site. I just signed in and then tried to play, and then I entered the exact same email and password combo that I know for a fact is correct. No typos or anything and yet, it keeps telling me it's wrong. What should I do to fix it?

I'm not IT support, but does this problem also occur on other browsers and on PC? That's usually a good place to start.

Thram, there are two different logins you use with the webclient.

First, you log in to play.sindome.org with your website username and password.

After that, you log in to the game with your character username and password.

Could this be behind your troubles?
