Traffic is supposedly a bad problem in the gold sector and the express tubes. Well, now the express tubes are experiencing rush hours where you'll likely find yourself in bumper to bumper traffic as you work your way up or down an express tube.
Motorcycles are not affected.
Sirens are respected.
AVs don't take Express Tubes.
