I think we need public access TV for the dome where low budget shows can highlight Mix personalities and be a fun balancing act between being subversive and not drawing the ire of the WJF and corps; talk shows, call in shows, niche topics and non-corporate music and art could all be given a platform.
Plus, I think this would be a great place for groups or individuals to hijack broadcasts to air controversial content like terrorist threats, ransom demands or even just give a voice and a face to groups far outside the mainstream (badlands, park, etc.). Go even farther and make the production require deckers, techies and riggers to function and you make job opportunities for those archetypes in the Mix. I know this is a big ask and very pie in the sky but I think it'd be a great addition to the game.
