wiretaps
give TERRA some more opportunities to investigate

I'm a pretty big fan of the Wire. As you can imagine, wiretaps are a significant part of the TV series. So I thought, what if TERRA could get the greenlight from WJF to wiretap specific phones? Could make for some interesting roleplay if they had the tools to listen in on progia conversations. What do you guys think? Would it give TERRA characters a unique edge or would it be too overpowered?
There is security tech available to do this for locations, but if you mean actually monitoring like progia or SIC communications then sure I'm all for it. I definitely think small portable audio AND video broadcasting devices that can link to a hub would be great for all areas of the game.
How about let's make it possible to hide voice recorders first, because right now they don't pick anything up when hidden, and then we can expand other surveillance options.
Hidden microphones should be allowed to be placed without behind installed, just hidden. The tradeoff is it's just as easy to find and lose.

It would be cool if TERRA had a device where they could listen in to Progia calls, and to balance that you could make it to where they had to be within a certain distance of the Progia in question.

I love the idea of having to be near the progia device you're monitoring. That way, you'd have characters incentivized to be out on the streets or wherever instead of sitting in an office. Also agree on the other points made, I'm just not too knowledgeable about all the surveillance item mechanics or lack thereof.
