WAI D-Fence Gloves

Spring-boarding off Quotient's comments in this discussion of item rarity, which I agree with, I think the addition of D-Fence Gloves (to match the accessory of D-Fence Boots) would be elegant as far as armour sets are concerned.

From a gameplay standpoint there being more ProTek gloves achieves sort of the same outcome but it's just… not clean to use one piece of an armour set for lack of other options. This is pretty much blatantly an aesthetic preference but I can't be the only one using those gloves in a bunch of different armour configurations.

I agree to this big time. It would be neat if the specialized bodysuits also got corresponding gloves and boots, too. Gloves, and boots to a lesser extent, tend to end at ProTek even though there are multiple other sets of armor to be used beyond ProTek.

And please make them and the boots airtight like the bodysuit. Makes no sense that the bodysuit is airtight but the boots are not.

Boots and gloves too!
Maybe a ballistic face mask too. Something helmet like but not a protek helmet. We need more helmets.

I don't know if I agree with this. The RX jumpsuits protect most of you already. I don't think this needs to extend any further.

So does the D-Fence jumpsuit. Having four different armor bodysuits in the game but one type of boot and no gloves that you then have to cannibalize from other armor sets causes a weird asymmetry that leads to some rarity issues.

I would just prefer not to allow players to create hard counter sets, and believe it would only compound a stockpiling problem at the higher level. I also just don't think it's strictly necessary, for a number of reasons.
