Skintone 256-color implementation
Wild bio-mods

I would like to see a way to implement 256 color into biomodding. I could support different colors being tier-locked (Bright pink skin? Hope you're springing for the top of the line choom!), or even skill locked (similar to automotive painting). I think lettings a geneticist do this though would give them more work over time, as biomodded individuals may want to alter their skintone later down the line.

This could also be targeted on a per-naked basis perhaps? With low end mods allowing only a couple of nakeds to be targeted with the unlocked colors, while at high end you could have full coverage?
