That's really the entire idea, keep all the requirements as is, but scale down the time commitment and price for leases/u-vend rentals to 3-4 months instead of a year.
I do not have the data on how many people manage to complete a lease/rental, just what I observed in my time here, and that seems to have a near 0% completion rate as is, and extremely high barrier to entry. It still would be pretty high to prevent haphazard jumping into it, but also give people flexibility to try things out more freely.
Could also come with easier renewal, where it's assumed you will continue and your bank gets drained accordingly unless you RP to break the lease/rental.
I think it would help a lot.
