I'm relatively new to this game. So maybe these things actually exist in game and i'm mistaken.
Perhaps expensive upgrades for your vehicles that allow you to control them remotely using the rigging skill? Perhaps you'd need a cyber eye and a sensorium (Or something) installed cybernetically to effectively see from the driver seat and remotely operate your car/bike/aero around the city.
