Putting pictures on letters and flyers

I think it would be cool if letters and flyers were containers that could hold one picture (or whatever is appropriate) and never be closed but otherwise function as they do now.

This way I can write a letter saying something like:

“””

You open the letter that's addressed to Withmore.

It reads:

This is Jane Brads. She is a baka. Beat her down on sight.

The letter has been signed by Bob

“””

Then ‘put photo on letter’. Then, when you read the letter you see:

“””

You open the letter that's addressed to Withmore.

You see:

A photograph of Jan

The six-foot-three woman before you has pale skin and seems exceptionally frail.

Jane is holding a beer.

Jane is in excellent condition. She is a little dusty.

It reads:

This is Jane Brads. She is a baka. Beat her down on sight.

The letter has been signed by Bob

“””

Later on you can ‘remove photo from letter’ to get it back. It could also take a skill/stat check to remove the picture without destroying it, the letter or both. So people with the right skill/stats might be able to mess with them (change the picture on a letter) should they have access.

Same concept with flyers. RP wise you are actually attaching the picture to the paper and removing it.

Would a marker pen to write on photos do the same job, but easier?
Pointless if characters can't target @nakeds and slip unsolicited dick pics under doors.
