NPC nakeds
and the corpse change

A recent change stripped character names from corpses. This is cool but it's probably a good idea for someone to give recognizable nakeds to gang and WJF NPCs, as well as others who are likely to die in a manner that might prompt further RP.

This goes for mementos too but I'm not really sure what oughtta be done there. Tattoos aren't appropriate in every instance. Thoughts? Can we email these to fix-it?

I'd love to see mementos have randomized @describes and @nakeds. I don't know if that's in the cards, but it would help make each class of memento less boilerplate.
