Make plants less oocly annoying

They are ridiculously oocly fragile to keep nice and pretty and… I don't understand to what upside.

Let's just make them so if they get watered once a week, they grow nicely so they are less of an absolute chore. If someone wants to hire plant person, they still can but that job now also doesn't require rigid ooc schedule to keep them alive.

This has not been my observation. The ones I've interacted with are pretty much indestructible and can go a week or two without being tended.

I went through my logs and I have several instances of full bloom lasting for more than a week without upkeep.
