Command that allows you to 'throw' the chyen in your pockets so it lands in several piles instead of a 'lumped' pile.

I approve of this idea.

I'd also, generally, like more ways to manipulate our piles of chy. We can't seem to do anything with physical money other than drop it in the ground in a stack. It'd be nice to be able to put it onto objects like bars and tables. Sure, RP can solve every issue with copy/pasted prepared emotes of ":slides some munneh onto the table" for when you drop your cash, but more supported mechanics around it would be nice.

This would be awesome, especially if you could both 'rain 1000' to "%N pulls out a fat wad of chyen and makes it rain over %l", as well as 'rain 1000 at Rychek' to "%N pulls out a fat wad of chyen and makes it rain over Rychek"; the end result could still be random-distributed piles of chy in the location, but being able to rain it over someone in particular would be great.

A quick addendum so there is no confusion. I am suggesting the addition of a coded action to throw/disperse chyen. The act itself within SD would not be known as 'making it rain'. Skying money to make it rain is from a song with the title, surprise, "Make It Rain" from 2006 and very much outside of SD history.
