Node admins should be able to give nodes a lower ICE value, instead of always doing it to the best of their ability (including holding back). It doesn't really make sense to me, if you want someone else to be able to break into that node but you can't put shittier ICE on it because you're "too good". A good programmer knows how to write bad software.
