At the moment, we have umbrellas. Now if the entire premise of this is wrong, feel free to ignore it. However, I don't know if they work for more than one person at a time.
As such, I would enjoy seeing "large umbrellas", that is, a significantly more expensive umbrella with the coded in ability to be opened and closed. If you are being escorted by someone, you can then choose to have that person protected by the umbrella.
