Large pads with Reasonable rents | BgBB

Just an idea, I understand many old large pads are used for RP awards. However there are many large pads empty with 100k a week rents. Reduce this to something within reach. Maybe 10-20k depending on the sector so people can splurge and check out these places.

I mean, 20k is… Not that much higher than many places now available on say green, so at that price those large flats would be pretty darn sustainable to rent, especially as you can then re-earn this rent, and unlike 100k, 20k instead of 8 or 12k for a flat is not that big of a difference in the work.

So this would just devalue them by a ton. Maybe something more like 50k, and one that cannot be earned through earning cap?

Should have considered the renters cap, that's a fine way to abuse it. I think depending on the sector yes that's not a huge difference. If it's on Green i'd expect it to be a lot more around the 50k mark. Red sector maybe 20-30k. And yeah make the renter rebate have a cap so this can't be abused.
