We need to be able to knock on vans and other vehicles for the sake of seeing if anyone is in there if we can see through the window. or want access

You could always just pose knocking, anyone in the vehicle would be able to see it.

Posing is seen by all.
Emoting follows the same rules as speaking.

Actually, I remember once Iga couldn't see my poses because 'emote loudly' was broken..
