Improve accessibility behavior for terms
Or at least StreetTerms?

One thing that I have seen happen to others (and has happened to me!) is that you go up to a StreetTerm and its accessibility settings are changed to the preference of another character. I think this is not a problem at all for portable terminals, but on StreetTerms it causes some confusion for brand new players who walk in the gates and hop on the first terminal they see.

I am not really suggesting that we reset the StreetTerms to one option over the other, but it would be nice if this setting could somehow follow the character or if StreetTerms could just ask your preference when you initially log in. (Or if they could somehow check your OOC user preference and prompt you to toggle it if it doesn't match?)
