I think there should be more cosmetic chrome. However, making each and every piece would be a pain for our volunteer coders. So I have an idea.

The Cosmetic Chrome Customizing Kit!

It's a craft item like tailoring materials that can be turned into an installable item in humans. Want some robotic rabbit ears? Boom. Chrome devil horns? Boom. LED fingernails? Bam.

All from one item the cyberdoc can buy at SK.

This would open up a lot of fun cosmetic options that fit the theme perfectly, while making minimum work for the coders.

I like it but also I dislike gatekeeping it behind chrome docs, there are just far few in between around with a license.

How about, it's available to everyone BUT only someone with high skills like tailoring can finalize it. License or no license, with a very small PDS hit as well, no function added.

Aspiring chrome docs and rippers would be able to toy with designs and installations, a new tool, the CosmeChrome placer.
