Instead of making lighters useless, how about we make the bartenders give people a light when asked, and make it that lighters are sold wherever the smokes are.

I think it be good idea to make lighters more commonly available, but also to make it like were there is a gigantic cigarstore were you can buy cigarettes,cigars, disposable lighters and nicer zippo's and shit that would be cool.
