Now that 256 is here!

Now that 256-color is here, coded nailpolish would be a great addition to the make-up available in game. It only seems natural at this point instead of using @nakeds to show off that new manicure/pedicure that is missing that POP of color we now have from 256-color.

I use the idea of 3d-printed vinyl nails for this. It's a prop though, and you take a dent on your styling score if everything else is of a higher quality fabric on you.
