when something is too heavy for one person to pick up, two or more should be able to attempt to lift something togther. I'm no coder, but it wouldn't seem to be too hard to code, a charcter could try to lift something with someone else, then the other person could get a "do you want to help" message and if they agree then you could try to lift it with your combined skills.. you could also move around, but wouiold have to move togther as though one were grappeling another. or something...
