Add @skintone options to @colors

After choosing your own, you can't see the different skintone colors and what they are called without IC references. This is inconvenient for describing characters you saw. It would be nice if it was in @colors like everything in the game.

I actually love there is no reference for these and it makes skin tone nebulous to describe. It is already frustrating on occasion with how people will use the size/weight and other descriptors verbatim - if people did this with skin tone it would have bad connotations imho.
