Wierd thing

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I just saw this in the game:
Xeethot walks over to the scanner and places a hand on it to scan in.
Xeethot steps out of the shadows into plain view.
Shouldn't it be the other way around.  I see stuff people do all the time even though I can't see them.  Kind of screws up the staying IC thing a bit.

if someone is hidden, do others see action messages?

like say Bob the Goat Ninja is hiding and Little Bo Peepee walks into the room and proceades to uh.. do Little Bo Peepee kinda stuff and can't see Bob even when she searches.

if bob did any of the following,

Bob whipsers into his cell.
Bob takes his gun out of the holster.
Bob flicks open his stiletto.
Bob puts on his coat.
Bob takes his Nito-Kodak Funcam and snaps a picture of Peep gettin' in the shower.

Would Peepee see any of this? and if so, would it be OOC for her to reacte?

see, i thought it had something to do with perception.. but if it doesn't then….. *confused*

I agree with King(Fu).  When you do something, it should make you more likely to be seen, but if you can't see a person you sahould be able to see their actions.  This was kind of what my post was about, but I guess I wasn't too clear.

And I'm streetwise now.  Woo hoo.
