Self Tattooing | BgBB

I noticed there is a bit of a discrepancy between the `help tattoo` file and what the game permits.

From help tattoo:

SELF TATTOOING

If you want to tattoo your own hand or arm, or something you could REALISTICALLY AND EASILY do in real life, that is OK. If you give yourself a

back tat, there is going to be a problem. Don't be meta.

When attempting self tattooing:

You cannot tattoo yourself. Try going to a professional, baka.

There was a time that we allowed players to self-tattoo, but a lot of them kept doing tattoos that they were unable to do realistically themselves instead of asking other players to do it as they should've. Because of that, we took the toys away and forgot to update the help file. I'll update it here shortly. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.

I figured that was the case and was more bothered by the discrepancy between the help file and the IC controls than the ability itself.

Personally feel this should be reversed and just punish problem players instead of taking everyone's toys away but hey
