How to get out of a coffin?

Hi there, I'm new at the game and I got into a coffin, but I have no idea on how to get out, can someone help?

It's been a while, but I think the command is "stand".

Read the room descriptions.

At end of the coffins room description there is a kickplate marked “out”.

Type out. You will get out.
