If you login with the same name as your username but not the proper case sensitive version you won't be able to check your gridmail but can still do everything else.
IE
Say your username is 'SINdome', and you login with the username 'sindome'…
Checking your mail will not work.
I had some trouble verifying this before I posted for IC reasons, so if someone could I'd be much obliged.
