I was thinking, since the grid is still brokeded, why not just use the website to post the news?

It's already viewable there, yeah? So news could be posted on the grid and Newbies could check the media feed for new news..

Yep yep.
I'd like to see some coverage on recent events, and not from the POV of some greasy…...err...nevermind
But yeah, website doing the news would be a good substitute. You could write it off as someone picking up a paper or somewhat instead of logging into the grid.

The IC board doesn't actually require a login, provided you know the url. It autologs you as a guest…I think. I just don't remember the url.
