When in fires, certain armour that absolutely shouldn't have holes burnt through it, does. For many types of armour this is the only way of causing visual damage to it (guns/blades/etc do not cause cuts or stabs or bullet holes). It'd be great if it didn't do this, because there's already a system for armour damage which is handled entirely differently.
