The Yakuza are an incorporated crime syndicate, once a Japanese criminal organization they are now a large international and multicultural corporate enterprise. Despite their legitimate interests and recognition, the Syndicate is alleged to nevertheless control some criminal activities in Withmore City and maintain a grip on Little Kyoto alongside their official council seat.
