This is a special channel. It will show you OOC reminders about various things the game offers, as well as things you might need to improve about your character.
Unlike other channels, the messages you see on TIP-LINE are tailored specifically for you. The messages will appear based on your time in game and the current status of your character.
In your first few weeks in character you will receive these messages on a regular basis, but they will taper off and become situational over time. For example, if you accidentally clear your @describe, you may get a TIP-LINE message that you should set a description. Otherwise, the channel may be pretty silent for you.
You can leave this channel if you so desire, but we recommend you stay on it, especially if you are new.
