Blockade is a vehicle command that allows a vehicle to block one or more exits in a street.
The more skilled a driver, the more paths they may be able to block. Vehicles that encounter a blocking vehicle will be stopped.
Running a blockade can be accomplished by increasing the throttle of the running vehicle, at which point the blockader will automatically attempt to stop the running vehicle by force.
Usually with concussive results.
